As a Service Advisor, you will facilitate seamless experiences for our customers by effectively communicating with the service department.

Key Responsibilities
* Actively listen to customers to gather information for technicians
* Quote customers on vehicle services and repairs
* Communicate proactively with customers instead of waiting for them to contact us
* Upsell beneficial products and services based on customer needs
* Perform daily administrative tasks, including processing repair orders, invoices, payments, and warranty claims
* Nurture existing customer relationships and develop new ones through exceptional customer interactions
