As an Archaeologist, you will be part of a dedicated team that works collaboratively with community groups, government agencies, and land managers to protect and promote Tasmania's rich Aboriginal cultural heritage.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing expert advice under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1975, ensuring that heritage sites are properly identified, assessed, and protected.
* Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases related to heritage sites and artefacts.
* Leading and supporting fieldwork projects that advance cultural heritage outcomes and contribute to the preservation of Tasmania's unique history.
