Job Description:

* The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in enterprise service management or a related field, with demonstrated experience in designing and managing ESM projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise service management platforms, such as BMC Remedy, Atlassian Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Cherwell, or similar, is essential.
* The ideal candidate will be able to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, along with strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is required.
* Relevant certifications in ESM platforms, such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Atlassian Certified Professional, are a plus.
* Experience developing data models, such as configuration management databases (CMDBs), and using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and version control systems like Git (GitLab), is highly valued.
* Experience working in operational environments within ICT management frameworks, such as ITIL, is also desirable.
