The Opportunity
We are seeking a Graduate or near Graduate Assistant Development Manager to support our Development team across all stages of project delivery. This role offers exposure to property development, project management, feasibility analysis and stakeholder coordination, working closely with Development Managers and internal Finance and Marketing teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate or near Graduate to join an experienced and collaborative team and launch their career in property development.
Key Responsibilities
* Support feasibility assessments, financial modelling and early project evaluations
* Assist with planning, due diligence, site investigations and approvals
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, and government authorities
* Maintain project schedules, budgets, reporting and key milestones
* Prepare project documentation, briefs and stakeholder communications
About You
* Degree‐qualified or near qualified in Property, Urban Planning, Project Management, Engineering or a related field
* Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills
* Proactive, detail‐driven and eager to develop your career in property and development
* Understanding of WA planning processes is beneficial
