The Role
We are seeking a Senior Exploration Geologist to play a key role in driving DevEx's aggressive exploration strategy across our flagship Northern Territory uranium portfolio.
Reporting to the Exploration Manager, you will be instrumental in advancing projects including:
• Nabarlek Project (9,200 km²) – targeting unconformity-style uranium systems
• Murphy West Project (10,000+ km²) – maiden drilling campaigns targeting major discoveries
Key Responsibilities
• Target generation through to drilling execution and exploration program management.
• Interpret geological, structural and alteration controls in uranium systems
• Manage field activities, contractors and drill programs
• Deliver high-quality technical outputs, reporting and data integration
• Contribute to a discovery-driven, high-performance team culture
About You
• Significant experience in exploration geology (uranium highly regarded)
• Strong technical capability in structurally controlled mineral systems
• Proven leadership in field-based exploration and drilling programs
• A proactive mindset with a focus on discovery and delivery
• Ability to work effectively in remote Northern Territory environments
• Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field required
• Australian work rights essential for this position
