Senior Human Resources Executive
A leading multinational manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to oversee all HR functions nationally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic human resources leadership, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
The role involves developing and executing HR strategy aligned with business objectives, leading workforce planning, organisational development and capability programs, driving culture, engagement, leadership development and change initiatives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing employee relations, industrial relations and performance management, as well as overseeing recruitment, onboarding, talent management and succession planning. Additionally, they will ensure that HR policies, WHS requirements and compliance frameworks are up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of ER/IR, modern awards, HR legislation and best-practice frameworks
- Strategic mindset with ability to execute at both operational and organisational levels
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or related field
