Bring your market research skills and thinking to support and guide the desired customer experience and outcomes for the people and businesses of NSW.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyse a range of survey, behavioural and performance data sources to develop timely, unique and actionable business insights.
- Develop clear insights and deliver concrete recommendations.
- Manage the delivery of ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative customer research.
- Seek opportunities and implement solutions to improve sector capability in using customer insights and analysis, including by providing research advice and expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Requirements**:
- 3+ years' experience working either agency or client side in a customer research/insights focused role.
- Experienced in MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word.
- Experience with Q/Displayr beneficial but not necessary.
- Experience in customised market research and CX research techniques and tools.
- Experience/ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Confidently present and build data stories for senior audiences.
- Develop clear insights and deliver concrete recommendations.
- Experience designing questionnaires, data analysis and presenting insights/recommendations.
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Strategic and analytical skills coupled with hands-on experience and an ability to work unsupervised to meet deadline.
