Job Description
o Transition out previous waste suppliers and implement new supplier, locally.
o Implement procurement category management strategy in FM.
o Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance.
o Oversee the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
o Manage and monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
o Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes.
o Prepare and present reports on procurement and supply chain performance.
o Stay informed about market trends and shifts affecting the healthcare industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FM Category Manager should have:
o Qualifications in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
o Experience in a similar role, adept in onboarding new suppliers.
o Strong knowledge of procurement strategies and supply chain management.
o Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
o Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
