We're now looking for a highly organised and proactive Supply & Logistics Coordinator to support end-to-end supply delivery across two of our growing wellness brands, The Beauty Chef and Wanderlust. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, in this role you'll coordinate purchase orders, inbound logistics, 3PL operations, and manage inventory integrity, ensuring we deliver great service outcomes while building scalable supply chain ways of working.
What you'll do (day-to-day)
* Raise and manage purchase orders in line with the supply plan
* Coordinate supplier/contract manufacturer deliveries and follow up on lead times, ETAs, and exceptions
* Work closely with our 3PL to manage inbound bookings, discrepancies, timely order dispatch, and fulfilment exceptions.
* Own inventory accuracy across all locations (3PLs, manufacturers and co-packers), through disciplined transactions, variance investigations, cycle count support and inventory reconciliation across systems.
* Maintain key trackers and reporting inputs
* Book and track inbound freight, keeping stakeholders updated
* Manage master data integrity and documentation
* Support continuous improvement in supply process, visibility, and process consistency across the different brands.
What you'll bring
* 2+ years' experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, procurement admin, inventory, or 3PL operations
* Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple moving parts and timelines
* Experience working with suppliers and freight/warehouse partners (forwarders/3PLs)
* Comfortable using ERP/WMS tools
* Excellent excel skills
* Clear communicator with a proactive "close-the-loop" approach
* Bonus: exposure to NetSuite, EDI, FMCG/omni-channel, supplements/regulated product handling, or international freight docs highly regarded
