 
        
        Reporting to General Manager, our client now have an chance for an experienced Accounts and Payroll Officer. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Processing Payroll in Xero 
Accounts receivable 
Accounts payable and expenses related tasks 
Bank account and credit card reconciliations 
Credit control 
Reporting: sales, purchases and stock 
Assist with audits 
Record keeping & data entry 
General administrative duties 
Any other duties as directed by management 
Skills and Qualifications 
Proven payroll, accounts payable and receivable experience. 
High level attention to detail is crucial. 
Excellent communication skills 
Excellent organizational and time management skills 
Previous experience in similar role 
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & BI
