**About the Role**
We are looking for people with friendly and warm personalities, enthusiasm and drive! We are looking for a qualified wanting to join a close-knit team based in Baulkham Hills.
In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties
- Deliver professional customer service
- Work within a high-performing and dynamic environment
- Retain existing customers, clients, and accounts
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Using SAP to process orders and follow up queries
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and stabilising a strong relationship with Sales Representatives within the business
- Ad-hoc customer service and administration duties
**About You**

You will be available from Monday to Friday on an 8:30am - 5:00pm shift. You will have impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven customer service experience within an office environment would be highly regarded but most importantly you will have a can-do attitude and be proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This opportunity may also require you to convert square meters into linear meters and read floor plans, so a basic understanding of mathematics would be ideal.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of Customer Service Experience within an office environment
- Strong and reliable work history - _more than two years per organisation_
- Proven experience using SAP - _not essential but highly regarded_
- Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Logistics experience - _not essential but highly regarded_
- Understanding of Excel formulas and functions - Vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc.
- Two valid working references and willingness to undergo a national police check
- Humble attitude, strong team player mentality, and willingness to go the extra mile
