Role Overview This is a senior leadership opportunity within an established infrastructure advisory practice delivering transaction management and commercial advisory services across major transport and infrastructure projects. The role will lead the origination and delivery of complex advisory engagements, with a particular focus on roads and transport infrastructure across NSW. You will work directly with government and private sector clients, shaping procurement strategies, leading transactions and contributing to the growth of a high-performing advisory team. Key Responsibilities Lead infrastructure advisory and transaction management engagements across major transport projects Originate and secure new advisory work across roads, transport and broader infrastructure sectors Provide strategic advice on procurement models, commercial structuring and delivery strategies Oversee end-to-end transaction processes including EOI, RFP and contract award Act as a senior client interface with government agencies and private sector stakeholders Lead and develop high-performing project teams across multiple concurrent engagements Contribute to business growth, market positioning and client relationship development Provide leadership across complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure environments About You 15 years’ experience in infrastructure advisory, transaction management or major project delivery Strong track record across transport infrastructure, particularly roads and major projects in NSW Demonstrated experience leading large-scale procurement processes and infrastructure transactions Existing relationships across government agencies and/or Tier 1 contractors highly regarded Proven ability to originate work and contribute to business development Strong leadership capability with experience managing senior stakeholders and delivery teams Background in consulting, government or major infrastructure delivery environments Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (engineering, commerce, economics, law or similar) Why Apply Senior leadership role with genuine influence over major infrastructure transactions Opportunity to shape and grow a transport-focused advisory offering in NSW Established platform with strong pipeline and market credibility Direct client engagement at executive and government level Clear scope to build team capability and expand market presence Long-term career positioning at Director level within infrastructure advisory How to Apply For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, contact Aequalis Consulting.
