As the Senior Security Staff, you will perform a full-range of security duties including duties of a security staff member, demonstrated leadership to the Security Team, and training and development of security staff within a team environment.
You will also demonstrate initiative and sound judgement in relation to the direction, management and assessment of security risks and incidents within the hospital site. In this position you will be responsible for the review and preparation of documentation, including documents related to security or patrol incidents, or rostering approvals and supervision of the Security Team.
