Our client is one of Australia's most respected national freight and logistics service providers and they are currently seeking an experienced Yard person & Machine Operator who presents as a confident multi focused individual.
The Role
* Assisting with daily yard tasks and duties
* Operate Forklifts and occasionally HR Civil Vehicles to safely support day‐to‐day on‐site operations
* Provide basic support to the site as an individual and a valuable team member
* Monitor stock and equipment within the yard
* Manual labouring and ad‐hoc site duties
* Willing to be trained in different areas of the operation
* General site housekeeping and minor record keeping
* Strong communicator and committed to all safety regulations being adhered to
Criteria
* Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
* High Risk Forklift Licence (Required)
* Civil Operating tickets (Desirable)
* National Police Clearance & ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
