About the Role:

* Your key responsibilities will include supporting clients through the entire deal lifecycle, from mergers and acquisitions to restructuring and strategic alliances.
* You will leverage emerging technologies and innovative tools to enhance client experiences and deliver smart solutions.
* You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute to thought leadership and team development.
