This is a permanent part-time position commencing in Term 4, 2025. Our educational support centre provides an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student thrives.
The successful applicant will lead educational leadership in the school and community by developing and promoting the school vision and facilitating workforce effectiveness. They must be highly effective leaders with outstanding interpersonal skills and professional practice grounded in positive support practices.
They should display strategic planning capacity, utilising effective change management strategies to lead the school community to accept and develop opportunities for improved services and outcomes for students. This includes evidence-based programs focusing on improving literacy and numeracy outcomes and building social and emotional capacity of students.
