Lead Our Aged Care Team
We are seeking an experienced aged care Registered Nurse to join our team in a leadership position.
This role will involve advising and assisting staff to provide tailored care to residents, ensuring high quality delivery in key areas of responsibility.
* Ensure high standard of care provision through effective guidance and coordination.
* Built strong relationships with residents, respecting their dignity, health and wellbeing at all times.
* Coordinate complex clinical tasks including wound management, medication administration, condition assessments and referrals for optimal patient outcomes.
