The role is responsible for the CBRE products, sales and solution, delivery, service, and support for the business within the context of CBRE Group standard and strategy. The successful candidate will report to the APAC Local D&T Director who is based in Singapore with a dotted line into our Pacific Managing Director. Here is a snapshot of your day: - Creates and communicates technology strategy, vision and roadmap for the Pacific Local business and clients, together with the APAC Local D&T Director. - Partner with different technology product and support teams, to be the bridge between Business and D&T. - Work with Pacific Local business sales and operation team on bids regarding D&T solutions and costing. Support sales technology presentations and demo. - Work with Pacific Local business operations team on continuous improvement and strategic efficiencies ensuring technology facilitates the organisations desired outcomes. - Oversee of in-region technology products and support. - Oversee technology transitions. - Partner with CBRE SmartFM and APAC Local D&T Director to develop the APAC SmartFM strategy and product - Be the point of contact and subject matter expert for all technology discussion in-region. Maintain the relationship between APAC Local business and D&T, ensuring communication flows seamlessly. Ideal Candidate - Successful candidate to have demonstrable experience in providing technology sales and solution support to businesses. - Ideal candidate will have a background in either FM, logistics or manufacturing - Experience in technology presentation and demonstrations - Creative and proactive mindset in solving problems with new tools and approaches - Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to influence at different levels - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Need to be comfortable in a highly changeable and adaptable environment Why CBRE?
