Business Development Manager
myPak Solutions is a leading Australian end-to-end solution for Dose Administration Aids, enabling pharmacies to deliver better medication compliance and health management. We are dedicated to helping pharmacies support patients with their compliance to medication regimes in both community and aged care facility settings.
About the role
In this role, you will be accountable for achieving sales budgets while ensuring exceptional project management, installation, and servicing outcomes. You will play a key role in maintaining the overall health of the business within NSW.
Key Responsibilities
* Attain agreed revenue, unit, and project targets
* Negotiate and close sales within budgeted spending limits.
* Maintain a commercial understanding of pharmacy dispensary financials and sell a financial solution benefit to potential customers.
* Manage customer relationships with a focus on the Top 250 accounts in the territory
* Develop strong customer relationships with both existing and potential targeted customers
* Plan and manage calls effectively and efficiently to undertake prospecting, qualifying, quantifying, closure, and after-sales service and support
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 24 months experience in a pharmacy sales, pharmacy consulting, or pharmacy business development role, preferably within the dispensary or DAA area
* Demonstrates a reliable approach to managing and growing a defined territory.
* Proven ability to generate sales and drive revenue growth
* Country travel (2 nights per month) away from home to service customers.
* Comfortable utilising technology to enhance sales processes and customer interactions.
