* Full time short-term contract until 10 April 2026
* ASO4 salary range $76,561 - $80,256 p.a. + super
* Based at Gilles Plains campus / Kaurna Country
The Opportunity
The Business Unit Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and undertaking a range of administrative functions under limited direction to support teams within the Faculty. Provides high quality customer service to internal and external clients and is responsible for taking a lead role of a wide range of project related duties which support the delivery of high-quality education programs to students, enterprises and other external clients.
What We're Looking For
* Proven people leader who develops administration teams to deliver high-quality, student-centred services and drive continuous improvement.
* Strong coordinator with experience providing administrative, operational, financial and project support, including events, documentation and informed recommendations.
* Finance, systems and compliance focused, with capability in financial administration, data integrity, reporting, SharePoint/intranet management and audit requirements.
* Collaborative and professional communicator who builds effective relationships and supports managers to implement sound financial processes, policies and business improvements.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
