Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to spearhead our Talent and Culture functions. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for modeling our values, driving extraordinary careers, and fostering lasting memories for your teams.
Key Accountabilities:
* Participate as an Executive Team member, working closely with colleagues to achieve hotel goals and objectives.
* Develop and coordinate Talent & Culture programs in accordance with HR Core Standards and Company policies.
* Provide direction to a team of professionals in areas such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, communication, employee relations, and training.
* Serve as a sounding board for employee concerns, mediating solutions and initiating change as needed.
* Offer coaching and guidance to hotel Leaders on HR issues, including performance management and employee relations.
* Stay abreast of applicable legislation and laws, ensuring the Hotel operates in compliance.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Director in a full-service hotel.
* The ability to influence others through highly developed communication skills.
* Well-developed interpersonal and facilitation skills, with a focus on tact, diplomacy, and conflict management.
* A University or College degree in a related discipline, CIPD preferred.
* Energetic, creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and professional traits.
* Results-oriented, analytical, proactive individual with proven organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
