Occupational Therapist Opportunity
We provide life-changing support to over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. Our multi-disciplinary team approach builds a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family.
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills to the role. You'll work in various settings such as childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space.
Your responsibilities will include managing an allocated caseload, delivering timely therapeutic services, assessing participants' function and capacity, providing evidence-based interventions, mentoring early career clinicians, and maintaining awareness of current legislation.
In return, we offer flexibility, industry-leading salary, salary packaging, car allowance, laptop, smartphone, purchased leave, and bonus opportunities. We also provide access to ongoing training, professional development opportunities, generous CPD allowance, paid leave days, and a passionate and positive culture.
To succeed in this role, you'll have current registration with AHPRA, excellent time management and organisational skills, a pro-active attitude, experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists, and a genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
We welcome people from diverse backgrounds and are committed to accessibility. Our recruitment process can be adjusted to support your needs.
