Responsibilities
• Participate in crafting various menu items.
• Maintain stock rotation and minimize waste.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and tidy and all equipment is well-maintained.
Requirements
• Hold a Commercial Cookery Cert IV or international equivalent.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
• Be trained in European cuisine with a passion for food.
• Having French cuisine experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for food and adhere to high standards of production and presentation.
• Have a working understanding of and be able to maintain food safety standards and HACCP.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Present yourself impeccably.
• Have the capacity to multitask, handle pressure effectively, and meet deadlines.
