The Opportunity

We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Fire Protection Service Delivery Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring services run smoothly, technicians are supported, and clients receive the highest level of care.

What You'll Do
* Coordinate and oversee the delivery of fire protection services to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
* Manage the scheduling, dispatch, and follow-up of service technicians to support efficient service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with company and industry requirements.
* Foster strong, professional relationships with clients, technicians, and third-party stakeholders to ensure exceptional service outcomes.
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrated experience within a trade, service, or maintenance environment.
* Highly developed organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively.
* Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including strong capability in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Outlook.
* Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
* Previous experience within the fire protection industry or a related field will be highly regarded.
* Proactive and safety-conscious approach, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
