**The Company**
Our Architecture and Design client based in the inner north-east suburbs are seeking a Studio Coordinator to take ownership of the office and become an integral part of the team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly regarded Architecture practice and be responsible for key areas in the business.
You will be based at the front desk to manage all front of house/studio duties, but will also get exposure to other administrative tasks that will support P&C, project administration, marketing, and data/compliance.
**What will you be responsible for?**
- **Reception**: greeting customers, answering the phone, setting up meeting rooms, mail/courier control, event coordination
- **Project Administration** - set up projects, maintain data, coordinate staff meetings
- **Facilities Management**: liaise with building service suppliers, OHS and first aid management
- **HR Support**: coordinate new staff onboarding/induction, manage employee timesheets
- **Marketing Support** - manage staff photos using InDesign and Photoshop
**What do you need to succeed?**
- Similar experience in the design industry is highly regarded
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- MS Office is essential
- Experience with Adobe InDesign is a bonus
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management
- Ability to collaborate with others
