Tasks & responsibilities
· A McDonald's Shift Supervisor is a member of the Management team. Shift Supervisors perform a variety of tasks which include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during their shift and taking action to ensure the team delivers high performance results.
· Typical responsibilities include overseeing all operations from customer service, quality of food and speed of service on shift, along with ensuring compliance minimums on Food Safety, Safety and Security, and People Practices.
· On average, a McDonald's Shift Supervisor manages a team of 10 to 25 people per shift.
