Farm Tech Machinery is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant / Territory Manager to join our team and represent our trusted names in Australian farming. This role is focused on managing and growing a sales territory with an emphasis on dealer relationships and supporting farmers across the region.

The Role
Manage and grow relationships with dealers and customers within your territory.
Drive sales of Farm Tech products including Aervators, Bales Wrappers, Spreaders, Seeders, Attachments, Hay and Silage equipment.
Provide product training, sales tools, and support to dealers.
Identify and pursue new dealer and customer opportunities to expand market presence.
Coordinate and attend field days, demo days, and industry events.
Conduct on-farm visits and equipment demonstrations to build farmer confidence.
Achieve sales targets and report on market activity and competitor insights.
Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience in agricultural sales.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term partnerships.
Ability to build strong relationships with dealers and farmers.
Knowledge of agricultural operations and machinery.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with robust organisational and time-management skills.
Competent in CRM systems and Microsoft/Outlook applications.
A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
