About the role The Street to Home Program supports people who are homeless to live safely and develop pathways out of homelessness. In this position you will provide mobile, outreach and centre-based case management support to individuals and families experiencing vulnerabilities in Townsville. You will conduct holistic assessments and collaborate with other agencies and organisations to source appropriate support for clients. In addition, you will also contribute to co-design processes and adapt and innovate ways of working to improve Red Cross's response to the needs of clients. You will be joining a supportive, inclusive team, with regular supervision and opportunities for professional development.
