As an Employment Mentor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting people living with disability, injury, or health conditions to unlock meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities. What You'll Do:
* Collaborate with participants to uncover their strengths, skills, and employment goals.
* Partner with local employers and community groups to unlock inclusive work opportunities.
* Provide tailored pre-employment guidance and ongoing post-placement support.
* Achieve real, measurable outcomes with purpose and heart.

* Experience in employment services, or customer service, or community support.
* An engaging and supportive communication style and the ability to balance priorities.

Must-Haves:
* The right to work in Australia (no restrictions)
* Willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (we can help)
* Able to complete a criminal history check
* A driver's licence and access to your own car
* Willing to work across other sites within your ESA when needed
* Intermediate computer skills in MS Office
Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Employment Services, Certificate III Disability Services, or similar, would be considered advantageous, but are not essential.
