We are seeking a reliable and well-presented Car Cleaner / Customer Valet to support our service team by maintaining vehicle presentation and providing professional customer vehicle pick-up and drop-off services
About the Role
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who takes pride in vehicles and enjoys interacting with people.
Duties include:
* Washing, vacuuming, and detailing Lexus vehicles to brand standards
* Picking up and dropping off customer vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
* Conducting basic vehicle checks before and after transport
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the wash bay and valet area
* Providing friendly, professional service to Lexus customers
* Supporting the service and sales team as required
Requirements:
* Current Australian driver's licence (essential)
* Confident driving a range of vehicles, including luxury cars
* Well-presented with excellent customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous car detailing or valet experiencehighly regarded (but not essential)
