* Experienced working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
* Trade qualified (Cert III in Commercial Cookery)
* A team player with a can‐do attitude
* Calm and organised during busy services
* Knowledgeable in food safety, allergens, and kitchen hygiene
* Clear in your communication with a team‐first mindset
* Available to work across a 7‐day roster, including weekends
The Non‐Negotiables
* Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (Cert III or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a fast‐paced kitchen environment
* Availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Strong understanding of food safety, allergen management, and WHS
* Full working rights in Australia

This is a full‐time Chef de Partie role working across a rotating 7‐day roster in a busy, modern pub kitchen.
You'll help deliver consistent, high‐quality food while supporting the wider kitchen team during service.
Your role will include:
* Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
* Supporting the leadership and wider kitchen team
* Following food safety, allergen, and hygiene requirements
* Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
* Keeping your section clean, organised, and service‐ready
* Reporting equipment or maintenance issues as required
* Working flexible shifts as part of a rotating roster
This is a hands‐on role where reliability, teamwork, and pride in your work are key.
