About The Role
Cater Care is seeking a passionate Chef to join our Gold Coast Precinct site. The role involves preparing and presenting high-quality meals for school camps, sporting groups, and children's programs while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for a motivated chef who enjoys working in a dynamic environment supporting school camps, sporting groups, and children's programs.
Position: Full-Time | 8-hour shifts | Some weekend work required

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present quality meals for school camps, sporting groups, and clients.
* Support bulk meal production and daily kitchen operations.
* Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional food service.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-ordered kitchen at all times.
* Follow strict food safety and workplace health standards.
* Complete general kitchen duties as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
* Previous experience in a similar chef role (catering experience desirable).
* Experience with bulk cookery highly regarded.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication, time management and attention to detail.
* Positive attitude with a passion for delivering quality food experiences.
