As a Corporate Lawyer, you will work closely with experienced Partners providing legal advice on high-profile matters across various industries. Your expertise will be invaluable in acting for clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate commercial and strategic advisory work, IPOs and secondary capital raisings.

* Corporate Advisory
* Joint Ventures
* Commercial Arrangements

* Restructures
* General Commercial and Corporate Contracts
