We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to enhance our creative culinary team and curate memorable gastronomic experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with senior chefs while guiding and training junior chefs.
* Assist in food preparation, adhering to our ethos of minimal to zero food wastage.
* Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, contributing creative ideas.
* Maintain high-quality standards during busy service.
* Foster positive relationships between back of house and front of house.
* Uphold HACCP standards and impeccable hygiene practices.
* Accommodate "off the menu" guest requests with flexible alternatives.
* Stay updated with menu developments and production techniques.
Qualifications
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a bustling kitchen.
* Passion for creating high-quality dishes that delight guests.
* Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
* High standards of hygiene, grooming, and presentation.
* Flexible work ethic to cover a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
