About our role:In our uniquely flat structured environment, WGA Directors and Regional Managers have hands-on involvement with Clients, staff and projects whilst also the day-to-day management of the business. To enable such range in their positions the role of the Administration team becomes even more crucial to our success.
To support key Directors in our Adelaide office, we are looking for a Personal Assistant experienced in the management of calendars, Client interaction, internal and external reports and travel arrangements among other duties. Of most importance is an enthusiastic attitude and desire to keep progressing our business.
About you:To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate
* Excellent time management and prioritising skills with the ability to proactively anticipate challenges
* Discretion and confidentiality working with high-level management
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to build effective and inclusive relationships
* Previous experience in a PA/administration/project support role with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent computer skills and intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
* Proven experience in stakeholder engagement – in this role, you'll work closely with the internal team from undergraduates through to regional managers and other Directors, and you'll be an ambassador for our Adelaide office
* The ability to exercise sound judgment and find solutions to problems
* The ability to work collaboratively with the entire team
