THE OPPORTUNITY You'll be joining a national Construction Projects Disputes team, giving you exposure to a diverse range of Partners and lawyers across multiple offices.
The team advises on major projects and complex disputes across Australia, including: Commercial and contractual disputes in infrastructure, resources, property development, and renewable energy projects.
Domestic and international arbitration.
Alternative dispute resolution – including expert determinations & mediations.
Security of
