Bela Vista Hospitality Pty Ltd t/a THE ORIANA ORANGE is looking for a talented and motivated waiting staff to join our passionate restaurant team. We are looking for professional and enthusiastic waiting staff to join our front-of-house team and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable visit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide attentive, courteous, and personalized service to all guests.
* Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene in the dining area.
* Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting for smooth service.
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
* Uphold the restaurant's standards of service excellence at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Professional appearance and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* RSA certificate

* Salary: $68,864 – $78,864 per annum (plus superannuation), commensurate with experience.
