Our company is looking for an experienced Tilt Tray Driver for our busy company located in the South West of WA.
Responsibilities
* Drive tilt tray trucks.
* Use tilt tray equipment to winch vehicles and salvage items onto the tilt deck.
* Transport freight between locations.
* Ensure weights of freight comply with load limitations.
* Ensure weight is distributed evenly when loading the tilt tray.
* Ensure safety of vehicles and surrounding environment when loading the truck.
* Maintain vehicles, conduct quality checks to ensure trucks are in optimal working order.
* Report maintenance issues to the manager.
* Keep records of freighted items.
Qualifications
* Minimum 6 months tilt tray driving experience required.
* General truck driving experience considered if candidate demonstrates relevant heavy vehicle operation skills.
* For candidates without tilt tray experience, a minimum of 6 months general truck driving experience required.
* Must possess a HR class drivers licence (HR or higher classification HC/MC).
* Willingness to work weekends and public holidays (monthly roster basis).
* Australian work rights required.
