Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the planning, budgeting and scheduling of work packages. This involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring that all project deliverables are met.
Key responsibilities include administering and coordinating responses and reports to customers, leading Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) and Survey and Quote (S&Q) variation activities, and compiling bid and tender responses in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
This position also requires leading and coordinating the preparation of bids and tenders, utilizing discipline-related knowledge to provide informed customer service, advice, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree in Business or Commerce.
* Maintain a logical approach in the analysis of data.
* Ability to collaborate with the Commonwealth, suppliers, and internal team members.
* Good understanding of Costing and Finance Principles.
* Ability to think critically and methodically, and provide solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse, isolate, and interpret business needs and develop appropriate business solutions.
