About the Role MM Hearn is seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity suited to a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering high-standard finishes across a range of projects. The successful candidate will work across various sites, contributing to both new construction and renovation projects, ensuring all painting work is completed to the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities Setting up access equipment such as scaffolding and ladders, and installing protective coverings to safeguard surrounding surfaces Preparing surfaces for painting by stripping old coatings, repairing timber elements, patching imperfections, and ensuring smooth, sealed finishes Mixing, selecting, and adjusting paints to achieve specified colours and textures by combining appropriate proportions of pigments, oils, and thinning and drying additives, ensuring correct consistency, durability, and finish as per surface and application requirements.
