This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to improve both their clinical and leadership skills.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeSupervise and direct the delivery of client focused care delivered by staffAssess the total health needs of clients and document results thoroughly.Develop individual care plans in consult with clients and significant othersComply with all relevant legislation and policies.Uphold the organization's values and principles in all areas of service deliveryAbout YouAs a Registered Nurse, you'll hold a valid AHPRA registration and possess great interpersonal and communication skills.
You'll be detail oriented and can work well in both a team environment and independently.

Experience in Aged Care is ideal, but not necessary.
