About the Job
This is a dynamic role that requires a versatile candidate who can manage various functions within the business. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the sales team with bid coordination, tender administration, and customer proposals.
2. Creating engaging presentations and storyboards for meetings.
3. Providing finance support, including planning, monitoring, and reporting of strategic initiatives.
4. Offering secretariat services to senior stakeholders, including the Investment Management Committee and CFO.
5. Assisting in organizing team meetings and conferences.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
2. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
3. Creative skills to develop presentations and storyboards.
4. Strong computer skills and experience with multiple programs and systems.
5. Previous experience providing secretariat support and minute-taking.
