Job Title: Early Childhood Education Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as an Early Childhood Education Coordinator. This is a part-time position, working 60 hours per fortnight, with opportunities for negotiation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a play-based educational program for children aged 3-5 years. You will work closely with families to build strong relationships and provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a play-based educational program aligned with the EYLF framework
* Work closely with families to build strong relationships and promote child development
* Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
* Handle enrolments, bookings, rostering, and administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education or 50% completion
* At least 1 year's experience in a lead role in a centre
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR, and Asthma certification
* Current paid Working with Children's Check
* Experience and knowledge of NQF, NQS, and the EYLF
* Confident in using technology
* Highly motivated
