Permanent role within a medium sized well-established design and manufacturer of heat exchanges. For an experienced pressure vessel boilermaker / Welder seeking a professional stable employer with a reputation for looking after their staff.

**A normal day's** duties include welding pressure vessels, 6G welding, tube welding and various types of material on small and large units. Other duties may include
- Plan, Fabricate, Weld a range of pressure vessels, Header Tanks, Shell and tube exchangers and various other Heat exchangers ranging from 5mm to 65mm plate and from a range of materials.
- TIG, MIG and Flux core Weld Low to High Carbon steel, a large range of stainless steels including Austenitic and ferritic to a high quality in various positions meeting coded weld procedures.
- TIG and MIG Weld Aluminium on Pressure vessels, Tanks, Oil coolers and various general engineering.
- Fabricate and weld a range of Sheet metal, ie Tanks, Shrouds, Vpack, Vert Packs.
- Coded Carbon and stainless-steel Pipe Welder.
- Service and repair a large range of Heat exchangers including Shell and tubes, Oil coolers, Radiators, compressor coolers, charge air coolers etc.
- Assemble and fit Shell and tube cages, Bonnets, pipework, loading of tubes, Framework and structural steel, Pressure vessels, Tanks.
- Tube expanding a large range of different materials including Stainless steels, Duplex, Carbon Steels, Copper nickel, Titanium.
- Nata approved hydrostatic testing of Heat Exchangers and Vessels.
