Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a loader to feed ore into the ROM pad and crusher.
* Control dust across haul roads, pit areas, and stockpiles using a water cart.
* Work within pit rules, traffic plans, and load guidance.
* Complete daily checks, inspections, and housekeeping tasks.
* Report hazards, defects, and operating issues promptly.
* Support steady production across shifts.
Requirements:
* Previous open pit mining experience is necessary.
* A strong safety focus and reliable operation record are required.
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
* HR License is mandatory.
* National Police Clearance must be obtained within 3 months.
* Meet pre-employment medical and site requirements.
A flexible roster with 2 weeks of days and 1 week of nights is offered.
