The Opportunity
They are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead their SA and VIC operations. Based in Klemzig, you will oversee a team of around 15 staff and directly manage sales representatives across both states. Reporting to the Group CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the Adelaide branch including warehouse, sales and employee management.
* Lead and support sales teams in SA and VIC to exceed revenue targets.
* Build and strengthen relationships with major accounts and identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure smooth and timely financial processing in collaboration with the National Finance Manager.
* Maintain efficient warehouse operations, ensuring same-day fulfilment of customer orders.
* Conduct weekly sales debriefs to drive performance and ensure strong customer service.
* Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and resolve employee matters effectively.
* Partner with the CEO to align strategies, report results and execute business growth initiatives.
About You
* Proven senior management experience with responsibility for sales teams and branch operations, ideally in a wholesale, retail or distribution environment.
* Commercially driven with demonstrated success in delivering sales growth.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Finance or Law preferred.
* Proficiency in Excel, M365 and cloud-based operating systems advantageous.
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business.
