The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Tertiary qualified with strong commercial and financial acumen. Post‑graduate qualifications are highly regarded, or equivalent industry experience.
* Proven experience managing diverse commercial portfolios, including airlines, property, retail, or transport. Candidates with relevant non‑aviation commercial experience will also be considered where strong synergy exists.
* Senior leadership experience with excellent stakeholder management at board, executive, peer, and team levels.
* Strong customer focus, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
* Understanding of relevant regulations and legislation, and strong financial acumen including development of business cases and financial appraisals.
