The Concierge Officer - Workplace Experience is responsible for enhancing the workplace experience for employees, clients, and visitors across the clients\' facilities.
This client-facing role provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality-focused workplace environment.
The position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless access, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
This is a fixed-term contract until end of June 2026.
Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and assist guests with arrivals, departures, and office orientations.
Issue access cards to visitors while ensuring compliance with security protocols
Engage visitors and employees in a professional and helpful manner
Provide courteous escort services for VIP visitors to executive levels
Serve as a central point of contact for campus information and wayfinding
Support the transition to electronic Visitor Management Systems.
Monitor and maintain the lobby to ensure a clean and organized environment
Assist in planning and executing experience activations in the workplace
Create work orders for maintenance, safety, and security concerns.
Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure operational continuity
Support the triage of service tickets through appropriate systems
Perform various administrative tasks to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
Experience in customer service, security, hospitality, or workplace services
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
Flexible and positive attitude with ability to multitask and prioritise
Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
Experience in corporate or multi-tenant building environments or tertiary qualifications in hospitality, facilities management, or related fields are desirable
