What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering a calendar of premium lifestyle events end-to‑end — including resident celebrations, curated community gatherings, wellness activations, VIP preview events, and high‑end open‑day experiences designed to showcase the architectural and community features of each development.
* Managing event logistics with absolute precision, including supplier coordination, styling and décor curation, run sheets, entertainment, invitations, resident communications, set‑up, pack‑down, and seamless on‑the‑day execution.
* Collaborating with photographers, stylists, videographers, and creative partners to capture high‑quality, on‑brand content that strengthens the visual identity of the development and supports sales and marketing collateral.
* Creating engaging digital content — including social posts, short‑form video, EDMs, landing pages, and storytelling pieces — that amplify event moments, highlight village life, and build emotional connection with prospective buyers.
* Supporting integrated digital marketing activities, including campaign rollouts, website updates, CRM segmentation, social media scheduling, and the creation of digital assets that reinforce the luxury positioning of the brand.
* Analysing event and digital insights to understand what resonates with residents and target buyers, using data to inform content choices, refine campaign direction, and elevate future event experiences.
* Partnering closely with village managers, sales consultants, and the broader marketing team to ensure every experience — whether at an event, online, or on‑site — feels cohesive, premium, and aligned to the lifestyle promise of each development.

You'll bring :
* Experience in events, marketing, hospitality, community engagement, or property, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, aged living, or high‑end residential sectors.
* A proven track record delivering premium events end‑to‑end, confident managing logistics, suppliers, budgets, risk, and stakeholder communication with professionalism and poise.
* Digital capability across key platforms — social media, CRM systems, EDM tools, content creation, and basic website management.
* Strength in communication and copywriting, able to craft polished messaging that resonates with residents, partners, and prospective buyers.
* Exceptional organisation and an elevated eye for detail, with the ability to run multiple events simultaneously without compromising quality.
* A collaborative, customer‑centred approach, with a genuine interest in creating experiences that feel warm, premium, and deeply considered.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
