* Breakfast & Pastry Experience is essential in this role.
* Buffet style bulk cooking experience will be utilized daily.
* Collaborative work with a team of Chefs, Kitchen Utilities and Dining Room attendants is crucial.
* Ensuring OH&S compliance and adherence to safe work practices and food handling procedures is vital.
* Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with our standards is imperative.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery is required.
* Bulk Catering Experience is necessary.
* Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations is essential.
* Experience with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines is required.
* Able to pass Pre-Employment Medicals is mandatory.
* National Police Clearance (within 6 months) is also necessary.
